Acrel MID certificate DJSF1352-D-600 is a DIN-rail DC energy meter for 600A EV-charging station, photovoltaic, and Battery Energy Storage systems. It simultaneously measures, displays, and records DC voltage (0–1000 V), bi-directional current (4–90 A primary, 600 A max), instantaneous power (kW), and cumulative active energy (kWh) with Class-1/B accuracy. A segment LCD and optional DJSF1352-L remote display module provide real-time readings of voltage, current, power, date/time, internal temperature, and both forward and reverse energy registers.Power-supply flexibility is ensured by a 9–36 Vdc auxiliary input consuming ≤3 W. Two galvanically-isolated RS-485 ports (RJ12 + screw terminals) support Modbus-RTU, DL/T 645-2007, and DL/T-698 protocols, allowing daisy-chain integration with EMS, SCADA, or OCPP back-ends. Programmable pulse outputs (100–300 imp/kWh) enable revenue-grade metering and MID certification workflows.Designed for harsh environments, the meter withstands –40 °C to +70 °C, 95 %RH non-condensing, 4.4 kV/1 min Hi-Pot, 6 kV surge, and ≥40 MΩ insulation. DIN-35 rail mounting, 0.5 N·m terminal torque, and shielded-twisted-pair cabling instructions simplify installation while minimizing EMI. Parameters—address, baud rate, parity, energy decimals, anti-tamper flags—are password-protected (0001 default) via on-board buttons or remote register writes.DJSF1352-D-600 delivers reliable sub-metering for solar combiner boxes, DC fast EV chargers, and industrial UPS systems.
